Sea-Side Dive Shop has been servicing the Detroit Metro Area for over 50 years under the ownership of Paul Skoglund.

Paul Skoglund began diving in 1965 and instructing in 1967, first with the Michigan Divers Association and then with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) in 1971.

He logged 1000’s of dives here in the Great Lakes and around the world. His love of the sport has been shared with so many students that he frequently met them during his travels. He also had the pleasure of teaching his first student’s children and grandchildren.
